Editing a segment

Click on a cell in the Target column to start editing. Type your translation and press Enter to confirm and move to the next segment.

When you edit an empty segment, its status changes from New to Draft automatically.

Confirming a segment

After editing, you can confirm a segment to mark it as reviewed:

  • Press Ctrl+Enter to confirm and move to the next segment
  • The segment’s status changes to Confirmed (green dot)

Auto-propagation

When enabled, confirming a translation automatically copies it to all other segments in the file with identical source text. This saves time when the same sentence appears multiple times in a document.

You can enable or disable auto-propagation in Settings → General.
